Looking for that trusted partner for your entire wedding planning and design process? Want to be able to hand off any or all decisions and details? This option is for you.
Our full-service wedding planners will allow you to sit back (as much as you want) and bask in the joy of the process … without the clichéd stress and worry that often accompanies such a detail-filled occasion.
We typically book our full-service weddings 12-18 months in advance. Please reach out to us as soon as you know your approximate wedding date.
AS SEEN IN
- In our initial meeting, we make sure we’re a good fit. We want to love working together, and we’re honest if it’s not a match made in wedding-heaven. (We expect you to be honest with us, too.) 1 hour
- We learn about your preferences, wish list, parameters, personality, and style. Then we mock up a vision board for you to tweak and approve, and we start suggesting the best vendors for the job. 60-80 hours
- Once you approve the vendor choices, we negotiate contracts and attend every vendor meeting from now ’til “I do.” 400+ hours
- Your full service wedding planner is just a call, email, or video conference away (except when we’re sleeping or celebrating our babies’ birthday, of course) to talk you off the ledge or get excited with you about your latest lightbulb moment. Unlimited
- The week of your wedding, we help with every last-minute task related to your design and setup. The day of the wedding, we’re there from sunup to sendoff (and then some), making sure the day’s choreography goes perfectly. 30-60 hours
