For the capable client with the time and ability to book your own vendors and dive into all of the design and details that come with planning a wedding. You are provided with our extensive “love list” of preferred vendors to utilize throughout the planning process and we are available for unlimited advice as requested throughout your planning. With all of your finalized vendor contracts and planning details in our hands one month prior to your wedding day, we take over all vendor communication in order to develop your wedding day timelines and flow of events. One lead planner + one assistant planner will be there on your wedding day to make sure everything runs smoothly, and your family and friends can simply ENJOY the day.
For the client with the time and ability to book your own vendors and dive into all of the details that come with planning a wedding but request some assistance with designing the overall look and feel of your day. You will receive customized vendor suggestions and a one of a kind design board to make the day truly your own. TSWE will act as a “full service planner” with all vendors pertaining to design (wedding paper stylist, cake designer, rental company, linen company, tent company, floral designer and any other vendors working on custom details) by communicating, coordinating and attending all meetings with you and your design vendors throughout the planning process from start to finish.
For the client who needs a little bit more than Month-Of planning but not as much as Full Service planning. You can add additional services (chosen from items found in either the Full Service Commission or from the Individual Services list) to our base Month Of Commission to customize a wedding package that is unique to your needs and wants.
For the busy bride who wants a partner in planning and designing their day from conception to completion. We work with you to negotiate contracts, create your specialized design board, customize a team of vendors and more. We communicate, coordinate and attend all meetings with you and your vendors throughout the planning process from start to finish with the highest level of care and attention to detail. Our Full-Service planning allows you to sit back and enjoy the planning process without the stress and hard work of undertaking such a momentous occasion.

A month before your wedding, we assist in nailing down those important details by finalizing and confirming with your vendors, and creating a detailed itinerary and timeline for you and your wedding party.
We'll work with you to plan the layout and timeline of your rehearsal, ceremony, and reception and be there to get the process flowing seamlessly.
While you’re behind closed doors, preparing for your wedding and enjoying time with your family, our team will be on-site at your ceremony and reception to oversee set-up, receive day-of deliveries, and direct installations.

Your mood board is the creative foundation for your wedding design. We use it to direct every detail of your custom wedding design, from florals, cake, and paper, to calligraphy, tents, linens, lighting, and draping.
